Terms

These terms cover our software offers and one service. Each lists its scope and its price.

Who sells what

Dodo Payments resells our software as merchant of record: you buy from Dodo, which takes the payment, handles tax and issues the invoice. Dodo's buyer terms also apply. The AI Agent Safety Setup is sold by Deedglass directly: Arjun Prabhakaran, India. Its quote and invoice carry our full name and postal address.

Full scan report

Not on sale yet. This section applies from the day its buy button appears on the pricing page.

$29 once. A license key, valid 30 days for up to 3 machines, unlocks deedglass scan --full on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded. If Dodo's review team asks, this product is listed as the "30-day Pro pass". The report's $29 counts in full toward Pro bought within 30 days.

Pro

$49 a month. There is no yearly plan yet. The Pro license terms:

• A license key for up to 3 machines.
• Pro checks the license at most once a day, and only when a Pro feature runs.
• It keeps working 14 days offline. After that, Pro features become read-only, and Pro policy packs you installed keep enforcing.
• Free features never read the license and never stop working.

Founding place

$99 once. Ten places in total. A founding place gives Pro for 6 months under the Pro license terms above, a direct line to the founder and a say in what ships next. It ends on its own after 6 months; nothing renews unless you buy Pro.

AI Agent Safety Setup

A service, inbound only, priced $299, $499 or $750, by quote. You describe your agents on the form at /services; we reply with a fixed quote within one business day, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

• Payment in full before work starts, through a Razorpay Payment Page link sent by email, or by bank transfer on an invoice.
• You share the deedglass scan output, a tool list or an MCP config with keys removed. Never production credentials.
• The setup is delivered in writing, with no calls: questions and answers by email. Where a step needs a live system, we send the exact commands and you run them and share the output.
• Our work reflects what was visible to us. We don't claim that every risk was found.
• Our liability is capped at the fees you paid.
• Both sides keep each other's information confidential.
• We delete your artifacts 30 days after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Cloud beta terms

Draft for review. The cloud beta terms are not in force yet.

Acceptance

Using the cloud beta means you accept these terms.

The beta

It is provided as is, may change, and may end with 30 days' notice and an export of your data.

Invites and accounts

The beta is by invite. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for your org's members.

Acceptable use

Connect only systems you are allowed to operate, use test-mode payment keys only, and don't attack the service.

Your data

It is yours. Our license to it covers only running the service. Export it at any time; we delete it on request, as our data deletion runbook describes.

What records are

Signed records of what Deedglass observed. They don't vouch for the wisdom of a decision or for systems Deedglass doesn't watch.

Fees

None during the beta. We give 30 days' notice before any charge.

Soft usage limits

About 10,000 actions a month per org; we'll write before anything changes.

Third-party services

Your connectors' own terms apply.

Disclaimers and liability

Our liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 3 months or USD 100.

Governing law

As in the terms of sale above.

Changes

We date every version and tell beta users by email before a change takes effect.
