How it's delivered
Digital delivery. After you pay for the founding place or Pro (or the full report, once it is on sale), Dodo Payments emails your license key and our return page shows it once in your browser. Your own copy of Deedglass then turns on Pro, or produces the report, on your machine. The AI Agent Safety Setup is delivered by email on the agreed dates. Nothing is shipped.
When it arrives
License keys arrive by email after checkout. If yours hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to hello@deedglass.com with your order number.
A setup's dates are agreed in writing before work starts. Delivery is by email: the written handover, the rules we set up and a record export you can check yourself.
