The policy
The AI Agent Safety Setup: full refund if we have not delivered within 5 business days of complete intake, or if we decline the work after intake. After delivery, we will redo any section you dispute within 7 days instead of refunding. Subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. The first payment of any plan is refundable within 14 days on request.
Full report: a refund within 14 days if it would not run on your machine. Pro: cancel any time from the billing link; the first payment is refundable within 14 days.
Founding place: refundable within 14 days on request; the Pro access that came with it ends with the refund.
How to ask
For the founding place, Pro or the full report, reply to the Dodo Payments email for your order, or write to hello@deedglass.com with your order number. For the safety setup, reply to the email thread for your setup. We answer within one business day.
Where the money goes
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Dodo Payments processes refunds for the report, the founding place and Pro as the merchant of record; their buyer terms also apply.
